Frequently asked questions

Is this bed suitable for an adult cat?

It may suit many average or smaller cats that enjoy sleeping curled up. Measure your cat’s usual sleeping area and compare it with the bed’s 35 × 30 cm dimensions before ordering.

Can a dog use this reindeer bed?

Yes, but it is only intended for very small dogs. Body length and sleeping position are more reliable than breed or weight when selecting a bed.

Is it suitable for larger cats?

It may feel restrictive for a large or long-bodied cat. A larger cave bed would provide more space and freedom of movement.

Will the bed arrive perfectly shaped?

Soft enclosed beds may become compressed during delivery. Gently reshape the sides and antlers, then allow the bed time to regain its intended form.

Can it be washed in a washing machine?

Machine washing has not been confirmed for this product. Spot cleaning is the safest care method unless the care label supplied with the bed states otherwise.

Is Christmas delivery guaranteed?

No. Delivery times can vary, particularly during busy seasonal periods. Ordering early gives the best chance of arrival before Christmas.

Does it include Free Shipping?

Yes, this product includes Free Shipping to the markets served by Jo’s Pet Deals.
