At Jo’s Pet Deals, your satisfaction means everything to us 💜🐾. We aim to make every experience simple, fair, and stress-free. If you’re not 100% happy with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
2. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email us at info@jospetdeals.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
We aim to respond within 24–48 hours with the next steps.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Please contact us before returning any item, as return addresses may vary depending on the product and supplier. We will provide the correct return details once your request is approved.
EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving a reason. This period begins from the date of delivery of the last item in your order, and is extended where the deadline falls on a weekend or public holiday.
You may also cancel your order at any time before it is fulfilled.

Exceptions — the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalised or custom-made items (e.g. products made to your specification)
- Digital products where download or streaming has already begun, and you consented to this before purchase
- Gift cards
Returning items after withdrawal Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the item(s) to us within 14 days. Please contact us at info@jospetdeals.com or visit our Cancel or Return My Order page to begin your request. You can also manage your order through your customer account.
Return shipping costs Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of returning goods is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund you within 14 days. Your refund will include the original standard delivery charge paid at checkout. If you selected an express or upgraded delivery option, only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded. Refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or provider.
3. Non-Return Refund Option 🌱
To help reduce waste and our environmental impact:
In some cases, we may issue a refund without requiring a return.
You may be asked to provide a photo of the item.
This option is offered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days
- Funds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or provider)
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos to assess the issue and will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
6. Exceptions & Notes
- Digital products (such as eBooks) are non-refundable
- Sale or clearance items may be eligible for partial refunds or store credit
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable
Delivery Note:
If your order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us. We will assist you in opening an investigation with the courier and do our best to help resolve the issue.
